Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed (with a slight delay on the weekend, where all orders will be dispatched on the following Monday). 


Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number via Sendle.

Australia

Free untracked post on all orders. You should receive your order within 2 - 7 business days from dispatch. Please note untracked orders are at the buyers risk.

$5.00 for tracked shipping, delivery within approximately 2-3 business days from dispatch via Sendle or Australia Post. 

$14.95 express post, delivery within approximately 1-2 business days from dispatch (via Australia Post).

Please note that the delivery time-frames outlined above are indicative based on Sendle & Australia Post guidelines and begin after your order has been dispatched.

 

Rest of the World

Free regular post on all orders over $250.

$19.95 regular post for all orders under $250, delivery within approximately 4-15 business days from dispatch via Sendle. See specific time frames per country here.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.)

All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars.

  • The prices within the online store DO NOT include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur.
  • Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be.

To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your Gwynneco product - that's we offer 45 day Free Shipping Returns. 

 

If it's not quite right, email support@gwynneco.com and we'll process the refund for you and send you a label to return it to us for free. You can even return it in the same parcel bag we sent it to you in to make it super easy!

 

To receive a full refund simply return the product in new condition with tags attached within 45 days and we'll refund your payment through your original payment method as soon as we receive the products back. Please note for hygiene reasons swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.
